Your account

Delete your GAL-B account

Deleting removes your sign-in and personal profile. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

    If you can sign in

    Open Profile, then Security, then Delete account. This works in the app and on the web.

    If you cannot sign in

    Email privacy@gal-b.com from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleted

  • Your sign-in: email, password and passkeys
  • Your profile, HR details and notification settings
  • Saved addresses, carts and connected email

Kept

  • Orders, invoices, payments, attendance and other business records stay with the shops you worked in, as required for tax and audit.
  • Location history expires automatically within 30 days.
