1. About GAL-B ERP

GAL-B ERP is a cloud-based business management platform that allows users to manage:

• Inventory
• Orders
• Suppliers
• Customers
• Logistics
• Bookings
• Subscriptions
• Digital storefronts
• Analytics and automation tools

The platform may also integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, and accounting systems.

2. Eligibility

To use GAL-B ERP you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to represent a business (if registering for a company)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local, provincial, national, and international laws.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Update account information when necessary
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Business Data and Ownership

Users may upload or create business data including product listings, inventory data, order records, customer information, supplier information, invoices, and operational analytics. You retain ownership of your business data.

However, by using GAL-B ERP you grant us permission to:

• Store the data
• Process the data
• Transmit the data
• Analyze the data

Only for the purpose of providing the platform services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Conduct fraudulent activity
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Interfere with platform security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Copy or reverse engineer platform software
• Use the platform for illegal commerce
• Upload unlawful or harmful content

GAL-B reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Platform Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may experience downtime due to:

• System maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party outages

GAL-B is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Third-Party Services

GAL-B ERP may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways
• Shipping carriers
• Accounting software
• Messaging services
• Analytics providers

These services are operated by third parties. GAL-B is not responsible for the policies, practices, or performance of third-party providers.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of GAL-B ERP may require payment. Users agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees
• Pay applicable taxes
• Maintain valid billing information

Subscription fees may change with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including software, code, interface design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and platform architecture are the property of GAL-B ERP or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without permission.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including:

• Encryption
• Authentication systems
• Monitoring and logging
• Access control

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their own credentials and internal access controls.

11. Privacy

Your use of GAL-B ERP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAL-B ERP shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Third-party service failures
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the previous 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GAL-B ERP and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Disputes with customers or third parties

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay required fees
• Your activity poses security risks
• Required by law

Users may also terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, certain data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When updates occur:

• Significant changes may be communicated through the platform

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
